The most off road use this thing will see is some desrt dirt roads and dunes.  I mainly want to pull a little more HP/torque out of the engine and make the stance a bit more aggressive.

I was joking about the snorkel ;) I'm sure one of you would hurt me if I trashed this thing.  Hell,  I only paid 1500 bucks for it >:D

Probably all accademic anyway...... The  Longer it sets in the driveway......  the more my old lady talks about how cute it is.  Wich I am sure is leading up to her driving it.

It'll perform fine in the desert / dunes stock... in fact, arguably it will perform best in stock form. Maybe some bolt-on intake / exhaust stuff and call it done. Unless you're brave enough to do a 2.0L swap, or turbo install to help keep the wheel speed up.

I put a 2" Calmini Lift and 1.5" wheel spacers on mine and called it good. It did great on terrain like the desert back roads. I use to get a kick out of running gravel and dirt roads up at Windrock ATV area and drifting corners. The best part was catching up to ATV's and honking to have them let you buy  >:D The look on their face when a little red tennis shoe with tinted windows passed them with the driver sitting in nice cool AC was priceless.

And, yes - passing quads is fun

This was one of two runs (second gear pegged). The bastards didn't get the second jump on film (4th gear pegged)... Look on the quad runner's faces:  :o

That was on stock 27" street tires, and my 1.5" OME lift. OME is the way to fly... literally. Going to be a WAY better suspension than the Camlini for the money. It softly eats up jumps, sand dunes, whoops & fire roads at high speed.
