Hey Jacob.   Recocnize the name?  I wildcat is just getting loaded up!

Was wheeling out on Road 27 Out of Rhododendron and there was really good snow.  About 46 inches.  About the same as the Ski Bowl base.

Hey dennis i usually go with my cousin out south of Klamath falls to Deer MT.  That place is fun.  Then head up smaller roads to Montague then up to Henley.  Then back to Ashland and back.  That area is awesome.

I'll probably be passing you guys here soon going to Yreka.

Well right now its snowing at 1000 ft.  And its 11:30 and the system they say is coming isn't here yet... so i'm looking forward to more snow... once i get this clutch problem fixed.

Well if we both get stuck we can split the bill ;D, 100 bucks is cheap.  I got my old Dodge stuck once when i was going to school in Redding, CA and thye were gonna charge me 84 and hour to get it out with the 4 wheel drive wrecker. I said forget it and started digging ;). I am down for going where ever, you prob know more spot than I do so let me know.

That would be cool, I have never been up to Crater Lake. I have only lived down here a year now.  I have only really explored the Ashland side of the mountains around here. Up around Howard Prarie, up Soda Mountain, and a little ways out HWY 66.

there are some real good trails here if the gates are open going across the private lands, I ran the applegate trail and ended up by your place but i was on 35's in a high boy ford p.u. going over downed trees two to three feet across but was the first one of the year to go through there I guess ??? but there are caves and all kinds of things including antiques amongst the trees, alot of history here. if we get some rain this week like there forcasting we will be able to go on more trails by you , the heep club just did a run there last month it was a good run.
