Aye aye Capt! Looks great! I especially like your choice of color. Or should I say colors?
The Humvee-esque snorkel is awesome too! Ever got it caught up on tree limbs or anything yet?

What kinda lift is it running? Looks perfect, just about the height I'd want to do.
God put me on earth to accomplish a certain number of things.  Right now I am so far behind, I will never die.

Thanx,

For the lift, 1st I put an extra leaf in each spring. I had 2 donor Sammy to cannibalize parts from.
I used the one just under the main leaf spring. This did "STIFF'N" up the ride, but now you don't hit the Bump Stops so easy.

Next I made longer shackles, 5" on Bolt Hole Eyes and got the longest Monroe shocks I could, also put shock extenders on the front. Wish the rears were that easy.

The front sway bar; I put a 1" square tube spacer between the rubber insulators and the "Cheesy" looking "I-Brackets" so it would not rub on the steering.

And the snorkel has some trail rash, but nothing that a "rattle can" re-paint can't fix.
Also that's the 2nd reason for the "Black Forest" Paint scheme, Easy In The Field touch ups.

The 1st was it was originally white with Neon Purple fenders.....I would have to turn in my Man Card to drive it anywhere
like that!!

Looks great, and yes love the snorkel.
We need more info on it.... How did you make it and what did you use?  Is it functional or just for "Looks"?
86 Sami STOCK!! but I just got started.

I found this snorkel at a swap meet.
Have no clue what its for but I knew it had the "Look" I wanted.
Originally I mounted it for Looks, as I need time too "Think" of how I would
do the plumbing as the fender/body/firewall all meet at the intake of the snorkel.

Thank God for "Tupperware".  I made a "Jammed In" air tube which I hooked up to a new longer
air pipe to the original air cleaner intake. Its mostly a Pre Cleaner, and to get Outside Cooler air.
As for waterproofing, it will work just as long as your watch warranty!!
