Looks like someone is importing or copied Dutton from england.  they use the PTO on the samurai Tcase!

I notice the videos are all under a min long - the maximum amount of time it can look fun having an aqua car. Those things are SLOW :(

That is the 'old' Dutton Mariner, must be SJ based as it is on leafs. The new Duttons are Jimny based and are therefore coil suspension.
