I had a wire get off track, sticky window
got rolled down too fast

I told her
not to do it too
Anyway the window isn't hard to remove,
pop off (carefully) the door pannel by
removing the window crank and door
pull handle, pull the plastic back or put
some holes in it so you can see, there are
1 or 2 bolts with #3 phillips screw heads,
use the #3 or go get one as a #2 won't
work, they are just too tight.
Remove the screws and slide the window
out of the door thru the window slot, now
the bolts that hold the regulator in the door
can be removed, there are 3 or 4 of them, once
the bolts are out you can remove the cables
and crank part thru the holes in the door, it
will fold to get thru because it's just cables
and outer casings between the parts, now
you can replace the part, I don't think the
cables can be replaced, lube the cables with
spray white lithium grease, I used chain lube
and it made the cables too sticky

and the
cause of my problem. While the window is
out, use spray silicone on the rubber slides and
it will work real nice like when they were new

Also use the spray grease on the nylon wheel
inside the metal track too, I need to do this
to the drivers side now, and both windows will
work and crank real sweet
Call Hawks for a new Regulator, I don't know if they
are the same or if they are left and rights, but I
know you can't use the frayed ones because the
wire ends will stick into the outer cable case
Good Luck
