Had timing issue, now the 16v wont start?

Like in my other post "WA Zuks".  I had timing issue on my 1992 SIdekick.  I replaced the belt because I thought since i had the cover off i figured it should have at least a new belt.  So I aligned the Crank to the arrow, then the cam "E" up to the arrow.  As if its aligned straight up.  With the distributor at TDC 4.  Just like the Chilton Manual says. It started and idled a little off.  I was going to set the timing with the timing light.  And now I just got home from work.   And its not even cranking. its like if the battery is dead?  I checked the battery with my charger Its putting out 13.2.   I hope I didnt break the engine.  This is... just pissing me off.  Can anyone help?  Ill pay you to come and help.
