Hey there I'm just curious if there are any people out there that have bought one of their motors and had any issues getting their core return back? I bought a new motor off of them in October of 2009 and I love it. There product is great and I haven't had any issues with it besides the fact that I sent my old motor back in January and haven't recieved my core charge back even though they said it was a good core. Has this happened to anyone else? I've contacted them on numerous occasions and talked to a few different people but to no avail. I live in Canada and can't make it down that way to see them in person. Just curious if this is a common occurance or just a mistake on there part. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not trying to b%*$h but am at a loss as what to do.
