seal part numbers
« on: December 27, 2004, 09:33:19 AM »
Hey guys I need the part numbers for the seals that go into the front diff. Mine is still in my Tracker and the parts stores show a inner and outer seal for the front diff.

Thanks,
Bill

The Pass side is a face seal,
the other two are normal looking
seals, but inner ??? I can't think of
an inner seal on a Track/Kick front diff

I bet the face seal is what they are talking
about, it is sort of "inside" if you know what
I mean, behind the axle stub and CV

Bill,

You might be able to cross reference these #'s from my Jap assembled Escudo

Pinion shaft seal (x1) NOK AE2419E
Axle Seals  (x2) NOK AE 7362E

You show that your axle seals are the same part # but my Tracker has a different seal for the right and left axle.
Thanks,
Bill

I can't see why that is ?

I have three of these in bits in the shed, two of them from Escudos with  22 spline axles and one from a G/V with 26 spline axles all of them share the same size axle seals and bearing as well so I can't see why you'd have a different one each side ??

If you need measurements or pix's let me know.

Cheers Shane

I was just taking to my local Suzuki parts man sorting out my own problems and mention the axles seals, he looked up the listings for the alloy diff housings  and said they are all 35x62x10mm seals and the Genuine zuk part # is 09283-35008 for both sides  ???
