I really think that the OEM HT for the Sidekick is awsome. The two piece feature is priceless and I found that it seal' s very well and looks great, especially for the year they were desighned. Anyway it appears the Calmini unit is execellent too, but does it have the two piece set-up?

I believe it, along with most hardtops for the tracker/sidekick are. here is the link to the page:http://www.puresuzuki.com/hardtop1.htm I have been looking for a hardtop myself, preferably a used one because I dont have enough money to spend on a new one.

Runnin' it stock with 225/75R15s and an unmodified 8valve TBI motor (I need a doug thoroley header and a cam) (more power) (1.6 liters of madness) (vroom + sewing machine sounds)

There are one piece tops out they and they are...umm...fugly. I had a two piece hard top for quite a while but prefered the soft top...now I have a two piece soft top and like it MUCH more than the one piece soft top ;)

The calmini is a rally top version...

I am using rallytops.net....

it's a great 2 piece, worth the cost, I have some shots if needed

I didnt know that there was an "OEM" removable hard top I thought that they were all aftermarket.  I have a Bestop removable hard top and love it . it seals very well doesnt leak and is very quiet. maybe Since all trackkicks came with a bestop soft tops the OEM hardtops are also besttop

i have an OEM removable on mine... mine you its old... it isnt bad... it leaks in one corner... but that was fixed with silicone caulking... and then the rest is up to personal preference... i really enjoy the hard top because i can go away from the vehicle and know it will still be there and so will everything else when i get back..... i also have a soft top... that i have never put on but i think i am going to this summer for a few runs.... just to the beach and stuff then hard top it goes! ;D

That was the only cosmetic damage that I could see had been repaired on my last Top. It had cracked in some places and was fixed with silicone like stuff. I guess you could call this a flaw but the rest of the top was like new, nice and white.

I always change over to my soft top in the summer -1. it's easier to remove/fold down -2. if I roll wheeling I don't have to worry about replacing a $1500 top - just a $1500 tracker  ;)

Thats one of the best things about these Suzuki's is thier low operating cost. When you purchase a stock machine [ lower cost ] it doesnt kill your bank account and you get a great vehicle. Well this makes sense for my budget anyway and you have companys like Calmini backing you up with aftermarket.

The operating cost is only low in some ways. If you need something from suzuki or some certain engine parts, they can be quite costly. A MAP sensor is over $300 :o, and all it is is a little black thing with a vaccum line and wires coming from it, and it controls the fuel mixture.
