I bought mine a few years ago with a swing-away carrier and hi-lift mount...some pluses and minuses to it:
1. With a 33" tire the bumper wobbles like crazy, enough to hit the tailgate. It isn't built weak, just mounted on one plane so there is no good way to keep it from doing that. I welded some tabs on my frame and bolted them to the top of the bumper to make it more rigid.
2. My hi-lift mount came welded on sideways. You'd think that they would catch something like that. I called RRO and told them about it and they didn't seem to care. I met somebody at Powerfest who had the exact same problem with his; they gave him a gift certificate when he called to complain. Maybe they have that fixed now.
3. The rock sliders I ordered didn't come with the bumper. RRO was unwilling to take the bumper back, despite the fact that I provided my order sheet that clearly stated that I asked for them. Their argument was that I wasn't charged for them, therefore they didn't feel the need to correct the mixup. I made my own. They look better than RRO's anyway.
4. The bumper was easy to install.
5. IMO this is the best looking rear bumper that can be bought.
6. It took over a month from the day I placed the order until it showed up on my doorstep.
In summary, the product gets 4 out of 5 stars for design and fit/finish. It would get 5 if it had a different mounting system that kept it from wobbling so bad, although I'm not sure there is any better way without some welding. RRO gets 0 stars for their service on this transaction (I had several successful purchases from them prior to this...maybe a one time problem, I don't know).
Would I buy it again? Nope. I have built a few bumpers since then for other rigs and I think it is worth the time and effort to build one yourself.
Would I recommend it to you? If you don't have the time or tools to make your own, then yes. I think that it is a good product that could be improved on a little.
