If one were going to make there own header what would be the proper way?
   What type of tubeing would be best? How long should the tubes be,  would haveing them all of equal length be best? if so what length should they be? 

more importantly  does anyone have a used header?

All things must start and end, the key is to not let them start and end in the same place.
