It's a winch that runs off of the power stearing pump.  They tend to be smaller and more powerful for their size.  But they tend to be slow.

Also, I believe their more money.


I say one in use last winter and wasn't impressed too much.  Also it could have been the guy using it.  He seemed like a real a$$.

I am new to this Zuke thing, and I have an 8000 lb Warren I plan to install.

Will the stock battery be adequate?

Will I have to upgrade the alternator?

im not sure about all, but some hydraulic ones can be run under water, cause theres no electricity in them... tahts definetly a huge benefit

I would strongly recommend upgrading both, the stock alternator only puts out about 35 amps
