ok... thought i had everything fixed...

floorboards rusted... (welded or fibreglassed all holes)
rubber clutch pedal cover missing
front crossmember bent (it has some scratches and such from rock rash)

might be more but thats all they said on the phone, gotta go pick her up...

how hard is replacing the front crossmember (bolted or welded in, dont remember)

If you are talking about the front suspension crossmember on a Trackick, it is welded in. If your truck is in that bad of shape maybe you should look for one from a drier climate with no rust. The next place you will have issues with is the main frame rails. The bottom of them rust out on vehicles with heavy rust issues. Tore apart one from Michigan that had that problem.

its just bent from offroading. probly going to take a floor jack to bend it back (no rust, just cosmetic)
all the rust it had was from the winter roads. im from western bc, there is no drier climate around here, other then bringing one up from the states (which is to damn expensive)
