I installed 235/75/15 Definity Dakota MT tires (about 29") from Pep Boys on their "buy 3 get 4th free" sale. They fit very well with no rubbing on stock suspension. There's a noticeable difference in power & breaking, but it's not bad. I can take all but the steepest of uphill runs in 5th gear. I have not corrected the spedo in order to figure out what my gas mileage is going to be (anyone know how to do this?).
I installed the 2" OME springs & struts (OME962 & 955). I intentionally went a little stiffer / taller in the front as I plan on putting a big bumper, winch & skid plating up front. After that, I need to figure out if I'll need spacers to level the rear & what to do about shocks (napa?). I also removed the front sway bar. The ride is VASTLY superior - flexes well, and absorbs bumps very well without being too "floaty" feeling.
