how can i lift it using diffrent coils or spacers  pleas help

Spacers are an easy and cheap way to go. Springs give you the most offroad capibility but can be costly. I make and sell coil spacers if you are interested. I make 1.5" and 2" or any size you may want. Most guys like to use 1.5" in front and 2" in the rear. This combo will level out the vehicle nicely and give a full 2" of lift all around. You will need to space the front strut mount accordingly but there are some great instructions on here on how to "flip" the mount to get the space you need. You will also need longer rear shocks or extensions, either way they are not that much. What is your budget and purpose of the vehicle? You can do a budget lift with coil and strut spacers. Check out Sky or Jeff1997 for that.

Here's the issue. Anytime you do a suspension lift, you have to address the shock & strut travel. You either have to lengthen them (in the case of longer springs), or re-locate the opporating range back to where the spring is now working (in the case of spacers - you're putting a spacer on top of the spring, and therefore need to put a spacer / extension on the top of your strut - in the rear you can just use crown vic shocks).

I hear ford 4wd coils will work with a little modification. Witfield played with them a bit....

The only longer strut is made by OME. So - if you go with a longer coil front - you HAVE to go with them. If you go with spacer, you can just flip your front strut mount (free) or get a strut spacer ($$$). OME also makes longer springs.... OME is the most expensive option, but it's easy to install, gives better suspension travel, and ride characteristics (bout $700). Spacers with new rear shocks / free strut flip can be done for $200-$300.

i can build the spacers out of steel but dont know if i need a groov for spring to ride in help
