« on: March 16, 2009, 07:48:23 PM »
just wanted to put my 2 cents in....BUY FROM LOWRANGE, these guys actually care and items will arrive 2-3 days faster than trail tough...I have had nothing but problems with trail tough and was going to order the yj swap kit and more from TT but when I called the guy was nothing but rude...plus my buddy just ordered from them and low range ten minutes apart and has received his order from low range but still waiting on TT...tell me how that works? I am just saying the guys at LR actually want your business and will answer any ?? you have without sarcasm and an attitude.....MORAL==BUY FROM LOWRANGE

You must have caught Brent on a bad day. I've never had anything but good treatment from Trailtough, including shipping when promised.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

hardin316,
Please re-familiarize your self with therules and regulations of the thread:
*snip form the Welcome to the Suzuki Forum thread*
"Second, vendor bashing or negative information threads should be considered a thing of the past for this forum. If you are having problems with a vendor contact them directly. However, if you like what they have done for you please share with our group. Third, is a reminder of what you signed up for when you joined our forum. Attached is the first paragraph of the agreement letter that we all accepted to get our account. Please follow these rules with care."

...... I for one have not dealt directly with Low Range but have heard great things about them. I did deal with Trail Tough a lot during the build of my rig (see cover article on the main page) and they were AWESOME helping us meet ridiculous deadlines and shipping out quick.

I've got nothing but excellent, timely service from Trail Tough & Low Range both.  Sometimes, one vendor might not have an item on the shelf and the other vendor does, which allows them to get it to you quicker.  Doesn't mean that will always be the case with every item, every time.

You must have been the caller that talked to Brent right after I hung up. I'm always calling them and bugging 'em about specs and info and what-ifs etc. etc. After I get a bunch of good facts and product info, there's always that question I forgot to ask. Sooo I call 'em back....!  SORRY  ::)

i myself have bought everything from trail tough. i dont buy anything anymore, but when i call brent always has time to bullshit and answer my rediclous questions. i have never had anything take more than 2 days to get to me(although i do live close). i dont really have any comments about low range, but the people around here say he's a top notch supplyer also.
