You may have a few hookups that Im not aware of but this is a quick estamate.
Nine parts axle----------------------------------------- $200

New bearing and seals ---------------------------------$150
Brakes $ depending on what you choose to use-$200-$400
Detroit locker + Shipping ----------------------------- $500
Driveshaft flange and machine work -------------$100-$200
Supplies / welding wire / cutoff wheels ECT------- $50
Totals $1800 min to do it right
I would go 31 spline if I were to do mine again. I have never broke an axle since I went to superior but 31 spline is almost the same price. I would price out 35 too just for the hell of it. I would also get a big bearing axle. I have had 3 axle bearings fail. I replaced both each time one failed. 3 failures in just over 100,000 miles. The small bearing is actually smaller than the suzuki bearings.
