Now we are cooking...
So you've got decent air intake
I assume your header is backed up with at least a 2" (5cm) diameter exhaust and a low restriction muffler....
if not that is the first thing to do.
Ignition system stock but good.
Well assuming the engine is in good condition and well tuned
(check how to tell at
www.zukiworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=8011.0 )
and you don't want to take it apart.
- 2" throttle body spacer (make sure you have room!)
- 20% speed reduction crank pulley
is about all that is left.
Now if you want to start tearing things apart...
- Camshaft change (good mid range, less duration+more lift, check specs before buying)
- 3 angle valve grind
- Ports matched and cleaned up on head (while its off and dissassembled)
- Surface head .030"(I wouldn't go more than that)
The next step after that stuff would be a gear upgrade in my opinion.
After that, tear it all the way down and get into some serious building...see

Those are my opinions anyway.
