the other time i got stuck, turns out the ditch got eaten away by rain, and all of a sudden it dropped off just enough for the front tires to not even touch the ground

I agree.  pezpon, I keep seeing pics of your LWB pop up...looks great.  Nice choice of color, too 
I especially like your sliders and bumpers...the way they extend out also gives you a nice step to store stuff on that roof rack on that tall hardtop, and keeps the trees away from your car...looks great!
