98 Suzuki X-90 with 4.5" lift and 30" tires on 7.5 X 15 rims.  Installed Clifford matrix 50.7x alarm/w remote start, 2 pioneer shallow mount subs in trunk in custom fiberglass boxes. 2 mtx amps one 4 channel and the other 2 channel with a 10 farad rockford fosgate digital capacitor, infinity perfect 6.5" components for doors and rear. Dual/bixenon HID 6000k HID headlights. Stainless steel bullbar with axle bars and fender flares are next.

Yep, same rig.  I've had it for 4 months.  I am looking for some Toyota axles so I can put a Trail Slayer kit in, but having no luck so far.

Ello folks!

i am from st-jean sur richelieux quebec canada

and here is my little zuk description:

MAKE:suzuki sidekick
YEARS: 1992
MOTOR:1.6L 8 valves(brand news with 20 over,3 angles valve job,...
TRANNY:auto 3 speed (brand new)
T-CASE:4.24 from trail tough
REAR DIFF:original but with 5.12 and lincoln locker)
FRONT DIFF: original but fully reenforced with 6061 T6 aluminium and third member with 1 more gusset from an other one.
TIRE:34x9 1/2x15 tsl narrow(for now)
EXTRA: home made cardan modification (both side are the same lenght and are made from samurai d-shaft,thats means that they are slip yoke and have joint(no more ball type cv) and they are so strong and my turning radius is increase by 10%.

uniden cb with in windshield antenna
gps with back up camera
sony X PLOD radio with mp3
inclinometer
on dash computer for mud bogging

calmini suspension hybrid 3 inch+
3 inch body lift
fully plated floor with 1/4 checker plate
rear disc brake conversion
gm alternator swap
oba systeme made with a tracker air kit
fylly armored belly (front to rear) with gas tank
brand new canva top from bestop (beige)
8000lbs superwinch
westward high lift jak
TO COME SOON: lots more hi hi hi like bead lock wheels...

simple and easy to do.

it take two front d-shaft from a sj-410 or samy,and you rebuilt it to the proper lenght as the original cardan.

you have to figure the full travel susp (up/down) of it and you weld the flange to the part that goes into your diff and wheels.

(from your kick/tracker donor cardan)

i have no picture yet but as soon as i have one i will put it here to show you the result.

since i have put these i never broke one(yet)

almost the same set up exept with 5.38 in the diff

Here's my stock 94 trackick...All Ive done is cut the bumper up and added a 2000# winch i got for free and some 235's...Plus some stuff on the inside like speakers and no carpets...Oh and a good old spray paint job...haha

I live in the city so this is some hardcore urban off roading onto a curb lol...
