Here's my tracker

Year: 1990/1991
Type: Tracker
Engine: Stock 1.6L 8V with 119,000kms and 200,000kms on the drive train
Transmission: 5 speed
Lift: 3" body lift
Tires: BF Goodrich a/t 215/75/R15.. Soon 31's or 30's

I live in Quebec so there's millions of trackers and sidekicks around because they were cheap and people drove them in the winter, now they're all rusted out but there's tons of parts. I had a tracker with a good frame and my friend had another tracker that he welded new floors in and changed the fenders on.. but the frame was broken so I made a trade with him and swapped the body over to mine. I put a homemade 3" body lift on it at the same time.

I finally had a little time to find some dirt for my new toy.  It's pretty stock except for the lift, wheels/tires, spacers, and the bar and lights on the front bumper.  Drivetrain's been rebuilt from one end to the other, tho it's still the original 1.3l with around 60 screaming hamsters of fury.  Interior's completely restored with new carpet, headliner, panels, upholstery.  I was going to find a project vehicle and put a 1.9l turbo diesel in it but, after pricing those engines, I'm glad I found this one with all the hard work done at a decent price.  I can live with the small engine for now.  I have twin sticks on the way and an instrument cluster with a tach to replace my non-tach cluster.  Also a center console to hold my water and/or soda.  I guess nobody used drive-thrus in the 80s.  I'll probably also add AC but that might just be Tuesday's 106 degree peak talking.
