The turbo needs to be mounted higher than
the oil level in the pan, if oil can't return freely
you will blow the seals and pump oil into the
engine. The intercooler is needed because when
you compress air it gets hot, up to 300* (Zig I need your
degree mark
) and will make the engine ping,
it doesn't matter if you mounted the turbo in the back,
the compressed air would be hot.
