What do you need the wiring harness for? Are you missing some plugs? Are you missing the whole harness?

Check junkyards, as well as try calling Hawk Strictly Suzuki.

Here is the play by play review....

Quote from the DEAD ECM thread....

"Went to the zone and got a 20 am circuit breaker (2.99). Put it in the ig coil meter slot and tried to start the motor.  When I turn the key to the run position, I got all my idiot lights as normal, but when I tried to turn the engine, the breaker started tripping as the engine was trying to fire up. With the circuit breaker tripping like mad, the engine mis-fired too much to actually start up.  This makes me think that it is a short somewhere. I'll keep looking. "

I believe Puddlejumper is working on a shorted ignition circuit in his 89 Track Kick.  Seems to be a bad wire issue but question is which one.  Wild seems to have seen this proble arise before from an Alternator harness issue...   He mentions having looked over that area of the harness....

And so here we are :)
