We used 2" square tubing on Drone637's sami.  It looks as rugges as the Sami is.

ZOR'S bumper introductory price is good (and if you don't have the ability or inclination to DIY) grab it before the price goes up.  Metal and bending should be close to their price, before welding and fitting.

If you build it yourself, you have more chance to smash your fingers and whatever else it takes to get it right.  And you have no problem modifying it for lights, hooks, hitches, ect.
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

I don't know why you keep accidentally calling it a Sammy.  It's an SJ-410.  I don't need a big block like those 413 owners.   ;D

I call my Sj410 a sami all the time. Not everyone knows what a SJ410 is... hell, a lot of people don't know they're driving a SJ413  :)

Yea, but my Dad should know better.   :P

When I bought my 410 I didn't know they existed either.  Amazing how much can change over the years.  :)

I've got an 83 body on 86 frame. Best of both worlds  8) It's funny when a 1.3L's considered a big block  ;D
