Samurai carburator conversions
« on: October 20, 2008, 08:23:51 PM »
I was told by a friend and samurai owner that you can take the carburetor out of a Hyundai pony, and use it to replace the old stock carb out of a sammy. If anyone has heard of this conversion could you please tell me what year of pony it would be out of for an '85 samurai?

and if not, what conversions you know of that do work. Thanks

I dont think they sold the hyundai pony here in the states, The oldest one I can think of is the Excel (from the mid 80s, my aunt had one)
Runnin' it stock with 225/75R15s and an unmodified 8valve TBI motor (I need a doug thoroley header and a cam) (more power) (1.6 liters of madness) (vroom + sewing machine sounds)
