Hi there fellas, my drivers door is starting to sag Bad!, is this a common problem on a tracker/sidekick? looks like either the pin might be worn but almost looks like the metal behind the hinge is rusty!,...
Anyone ever have this problem and happen to have any fix tips?
Thanks!

It is a common problem. I had to have a top hinge rewelded once.

My top hinge was pulling off the body,
but that's after the door about got pulled
off backwards, I knocked the hinge mount
spot in some and welded the hinge back on

On my tracker I just picked up some door pins from a local parts place and drilled out the old ones, put collars in and popped the new pins in, works great, also some washers btween the hinge and truck/or door work good on other cars, not too sure about the sammie though

The sammies are easy, you just loosen the four bolts and move the door where ya want it and tighten them back up. I found an easy way to loosen them too.
with out messing them up.

I paid a local body shop to replace mine.. Cut the old soft metal out behind the hinge points and replaced it with thicker guage steel. Cost me 200 but came with a lifetime warranty. Its a totaly common problem. The dude at the body shop said mine was at least the 12th or so hes worked on.

The one was $45 and the other was $58. Oh and when i asked whats the diff no one could give me an answer
