Few days ago I took my SJ413 for a first ride and I was literally shocked by stiffness of stock suspension.

The question is what can be done to improve ride quality? I've heard that Samurais with later dashboard (>'88) have softer springs and shock absorbers. Are those worth the swap since I can get them almost for free? Can I expect any noticeable difference?
