Header for a 1.6 16v??
« on: September 16, 2008, 10:05:42 AM »
Hello all.  I've been on the site for a bit just trying to do some research but this is my first post.  I recently bought a '86 Samurai from a friend.  It has a 1.6 16v engine and I was wondering if the 1.3/1.6 8v header would fit?  I know they make two different headers but I don't know if that is due to a difference in exhaust mainfolds or a difference in body styles the engines were originally made for.

Thank you.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, from doing searches on the site (very helpful) I have determined I also have a SPOA lift as well as a 3" body lift.  Right now it is sitting on 31x9.5 Superswampers and is currently leaking various fluids all over my garage.

8V and 16V ports are different shapes so the 8V won't fit.
