« on: September 26, 2003, 02:03:01 PM »
Well my crank pulley feel off today...... tho I didn't lose it I did lose all the bolts that hold it on.  Does anyone know or know where I can find what size bolt I need to buy?
Thanks!

If memory serves me right, they
are 6 or 8 MM standard thread
about 15-20 MM long.

Did you also loose the big center bolt too?? :o

Also you will need 5 of them, tho I only have 3
in mine  ::)

I didn't lose the center one.... luckily.  ;D

I guess it would help a little if I said... 1987 Samurai, I can be a real da sometimes. :-/

I found on the web where someone is giving instructions on installing "BIGGER BADDER" crankshaft pulley and they refer to a M6x30mm.

Still looking.....  ???

Bigger Badder??? bigger turns the water pump
and alternator faster, but this is counter productive
to getting more power, bigger saps power, smaller
is what gives better power.

well get the 6M x 25 or 30s then and fixx yer zook,
try some blue locktite on clean threads, it will keep
them from backing out. I think you will have to use
the hex head screws, as I don't think there is enough
room for a socket to fit in there.

Have fun ;)
