are you driving it after you adjust it?  The \  / will settle after you drive it.  This shouldn't be a big deal with the camber bolts installed in the top hole, unless there was something wrong with the bolts themselves.

You're running BOTH strut extensions AND a strut mount flip? That's where your camber issue is coming from. Most likely the mount flip is doing the most to hurt the camber. You either need to reverse the mount flip back to stock and just stick with the strut extensions, or you need to fab up a way to move your flipped mounts further inward towards the engine...
Had a cool sig pic till I changed the text... sigh...

So I am gonna be buying the Calmini 6" suspension and body lift kit here soon and does that kit have any problems with camber?

Might be alignment:
Take your rig to some pavement, check your camber by eye after driving forwards and backwards... If your toe is out much(in or out), it can effect camber. The tires can push the suspension up, or pull it down. mikerpm4x4 could explain this better than me, he did something like this purposly by flipping his outer tie rods.

The Calmini kit will give you serious camber issues. You will definitely want to switch to rims with 2 to 2.5" backspacing, and will also need camber bolts.  I drove mine for about 50 miles, with no change in the extreme camber.  I ended up sending it back, and going with a Boondox lift. Be forewarned, the front springs on these kits are extremely stiff, I think they were made to handle the weight of a Dodge Cummins engine or something very heavy. Calmini told me they were designed that way for the extra weight of a winch, but with my 210 lbs of weight on the front bumper, bouncing up and down, I couldn't get the front end to compress more than about a 1/2".  You might consider an Old Man Emu or Boondox suspension, because at least with these you can buy parts, or replacement parts, individually, and the ride will be much better.  Rich

Definitely check your alignment. If it changes that much, something is out of whack. Odds are with that many changes your toe and camber both need correction. Can't do one without the other.
