Well you answered a few of my questions. Couple still remain. Really interested in this. Keep us updated on if you can streamline the proccess. Definately drop us a price when your ready.

Ask away, I'll only give you straight answers.
As for streamlining the process, well I originally had hopes to make the Kick Box as affordable as the Toyota dual transfer case setups on the market, but at this time it's still more than them. It will continue to be more expensive than the Toy stuff unless I can get the cost of the machining shafts down considerably which means they would need to be machined in large quantities. I am working on getting costs down without cutting corners, but with the price of everything going up it is a challenge.
After building one I need to install and test it to make sure that it can handle the stress we would put them under. I fully anticipate that the design will work well, but there is always room for improvement in even the best designs.
A slip-yoke eliminator would also be need as an option for those with long travel suspensions and a custom dual T-case mounting system/skid plate is already designed and will be installed and tested along with a rear heavy duty gas tank skid plate when I install it all. I also have a new heavy duty custom front skid plate for those who still have the IFS.
