Well there is many cheap style lift kits  and do-it-your self ones
But the first question would be.
Do you have a SideKick or Sammie?
and the second Question,
How much are you willing to spend?
3rd? how high do you want to go?
4th? what are your wheeling plans?
Snow, Mud, Rock, Trails?

Coil spacers. I sell 1.5" and 2" coil spacers. With 1.5" up front and 2" in the rear you can get a full 2" of lift all around. You will need longer rear shocks and extend the strut mounts. This all can easily be done for less than $125. The combo spacer kit is $80 total. If you want to see pics of my 97 with this kit send me your email address to hoepkers|removethispart|@charter.net. Welcome and hope to hear from you soon. Jeff

They are very easy to put in place.  It can be done in an afternoon by one person, but it's easier with two.  :)

Yeah Jeffs Spacers are great. I have a 3" body lift, and his spacers made my truck a full 5". It's kind of a bumpy ride but it's worth it. I used procomp ES1000 Shocks in the back and did the strut mount flip. Very pleased.

My buddy has a 4dr tracker, we got some coil spacers off eBay for 50 bucks, we had the front and rear done in under and hour.  Then to make the strut spacers we got some 3 hole exhaust flanges, welded a piece of pipe in the center.  It looked good and did the job!

Coil spacers are definitely a good place to start, very cheap and easy to do.

This is the only cheap way to do this. Use Jeff's spring spacers, cheap-ass napa shocks for rear, and look up "strut flip" for instructions on how to re-use your struts up front. For under $125 you can have 2" of lift.... that's as cheap & easy as it gets.
