I also had very bad service twice from RRO. Ordered their body lift and coil spacers stuff in December 2002, changed my mind the very next day and cancelled the order, Glenn acknowledged the cancellation, but to my surprise they charged my card and delivered the cancelled order some day in late January 2003.

I didn't lose faith in them, so I ordered the Warn hubs last October, they charged my card the very same day, but  shipped the hubs by USPS only after 3-4 days. I called the USPS representative here (Greece) in mid November and they asked for the tracking number. I kept asking RRO for a tracking number for 2 weeks, but some ignorant employee there kept telling me that there is no such thing for USPS. By the time they finally gave me a tracking number, I had to pay keeping fees to Customs for  the goods, so I finally got the hubs paying twice their price.

Although Glenn likes Greece (Santorini island in particular), there won't be a third time for me for sure. >:(
