tracker hubs

Sort of. You need a thick shim between them and the hub to allow space for the circlip.

I think other people have also just run two gaskets and have it work alright.

Thanks for the replys also is there any benifirs to the sammy hubs otherwise im just going to wait to find a pair of tracker hubs at the scrap yard

Not that I am aware of.

There are actually MORE Tracker/Sidekick hubs out there as there were more Trackers & Sidekicks sold in the US than Samurais...

It is important to understand that, if you plan to do a lot of offroading, Automatic locking hubs are not as versatile as manual locking hubs.  Autos can unlock on you if you are not paying attention on the trail.  They can unlock while you are maneuvering in tight spots because your maneuvering can be interpeted by the locking mechanism as an attempt to "automatically" unlock the hub.

That is why my Sidekick has locking hubs.  The fact that they are Samurai hubs (see http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=22626.0), is the fact that I had a pair and they fit properly.

Which hubs do you have fitted.?The Track/Kick Asins are pretty good but over here some models had Warn hubs fitted. These have a plastic cam in them that is prone to breaking.

Most sammy hubs have stainless steel hub bodies while Track/kick hubs have cast aluminum bodies. Plus sammy hubs have a little more spline engagement than Track/kick hubs. Also look at all the different vehicles you're running with. I went out with more sammies than Track/kicks. I ran sammy hubs for the added strength of the stainless steel as well as the universality of the spare parts with all the people I was running with. I fit mine with an 1/8" thick spacer I had a machinist make for me.
