As most of the folks here at ZukiWorld are in North America, "Jimny" is the name of the SJ-413 (what we call the Samurai) elsewhere in the world.  Since Samurai sales were discontinued in North America in 1995 we do not know much about Jimnys and how they were equipped because we couldn't buy or import one.

That said, could you be a bit more specific about your Jimny?  What Year, what kind of carburetor or fuel injection system?  Perhaps a picture?

Generally speaking, there are two hoses/steel lines running between the engine compartment and the fuel tank.  One of them has either an electric fuel pump (found near the tank) or - in the case of the G13 A/B engine (1.3 liter) with a Carburetor - the fuel pump is on the right side of the engine head back by the distributor.  In any case the fuel line that has either of these fuel pumps in them is the line that goes to the Carburetor.

I suggest that you find a Jimny that is like yours and look in the engine compartment. Track down the fuel line that connects to the Carburetor, make a note of it and duplicate the setup on your truck.

You need to be more specific with the model, the Jimny name goes back to the LJ50 of 1974 right through to the present day. Later Jimnys are all EFI so I'm guessing its an earlier model or maybe a 3cyl? Have you got a photo? that would help.
