if only i had a place to upload video on the net i could get a vid with sound of mine.

but i doubt that anything audio on the computer and net will do any justice to what it truely is.

worth a try though.

Unbolt your cat, and fire it up.
That's the best you can hope for.

What the heck is Mikey running? ???

Is that some kind of motorcycle fart-can?  Sounds pretty good.

I think it's a header feeding into a stock CAT with a streight pipe back to the Supertrap canister on the end :-/

It was a stock cat -2inch to a 01 Honda accord resonator (something I cut off a crash car at work...freebee!) This year at before Moab I removed the cat cause it was plugged from all the oil I was burning. I added another Honda resonator(frebee from bodyshop next door). I like it but its a little obnoxious. I am going to add one more to see how that sounds.

If I put a Flowmaster (or something like that) exhaust/muffler on my truck (1990 Suzuki Sidekick, 1.6 L, OEM everything) would it sound like a REAL truck, or like a Rice Burner?

By REAL truck, I mean one of those 15 ft. tall Ford/Chevy redneck trucks that sound like thunder.

My '93 is running a header, high-flow cat and 2" turbo muffler. at idle it's nice and quiet, but gets a little noisier when you hit the gas. I don't think anything will make a 1.6L sound like a big redneck truck though, but the Turbo muffler has a nice deep tone without sounding like a ricer...
Had a cool sig pic till I changed the text... sigh...

Sorry guy's, a 4 cylinder will never sound
like a V8, the best you get is pissed off
bumble bees with a Turbo Muff, BTW the
Turbo Mufflers are for turbocharged vehicles,
the turbocharger quiets the exhaust so much
that you could run without a muff, ask me how
I know  ;)  I am running a 3" exhaust system
with only a cat, and I don't think I'm going to
add a muffler at all, if I do it will be a Cherrybomb
of a turbo muff, but for now, I don't think anything

If you want your Track/Kick with a 1.6 to sound like it's got a Hemi, you better figure on spending some heavy coin on a serious audio system, with a CD full of exhaust sounds.

Or maybe you could inject nitro into your exhaust, and put a spark plug in there to ignite it...

Oh, I ain't trying to get it to sound like a Hemi, I just don't want it to sound like a rice burner (ugh :-[).
