bought a rolled samurai. engine runs beautifully. the roof is caved in pretty bad, windshield frame is smashed in. Was thinking about selling the back door w/ glass to save some money and cutting the roof then welding a roll cage in there. It's got a 2 inch lift, breeze high steer, custom front and rear bumper. this is going to be a pure off road buggy, not insured. vehicle made its way up north from California. says it has been modified for California emission testing on the hood. Front end is in good shape other than a dent on the left side of the hood.

your ideas sound marvelous 

all sound good except the "not insured" part. keep in mind that ins. is pretty cheap compared to a suit happy person that you get in to a fender bender with (maybe a snobby jeep owner ) they get pretty mad when 'ya dent there chrome bumpers.

or if some meth-head steals you pride and joy....your screwed....just my .02
