easy okezuki easy! There was discusion after his post and people had other things to say it wasnt a waste and it was a valid question but it could have been searched for but to be honest sometimes its just easier to post and have it answered without searching. I mean to answer it all someone had to type was  5on5.5 but they did have other things to say. Just ease up were all family here.
You can take the Sammy off the trail, but you cant take the trail out of the Sammy.

Here's the interchange I figured during my hunt ...

5 on 5.5" bolt pattern interchange
46-86 Jeep CJ'S
85-01 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD
80-01 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD
02-04 Dodge Ram 1500 (New Body) 2/4WD
49-96 Ford 1/2 ton Pickups 2/4WD
66-96 Ford Full Size Bronco
86-94 Suzuki Samurai
89-98 Suzuki Sidekick
50-80 1/2 ton Scout I or II

lugnuts
12X1.25 for Suzuki vehicles
1/2 all others

(happy hunting ....)

Stock Ford rims have a 3.5" id. Samurais require a 4.25" id.  To use a stock Ford rim, you'll have to open up the center hole.  Aftermarket wheels off Fords will usually fit with no problem.

And Ford had 15x7, 15x8, and 15x10 as stock wheels.  I have some 15x8s and 15x10s sitting out back.

An easy way to know if the wheels will fit
your Sammy is to find one of teh vehicles
in the list (good list to :)  ) and look to see
if it has some aftermarket wheels on it, I
have yet to find an aftermarket wheel that
has a small center hole, they all seem to have
4.25" or 105mm centers
