Heck, with the Tracker 1.6 in there I would go with a 4:1 kit and a Tracker3 setup.  Go with a Hybrid rear and call it good.

Double check what year the Tracker is.  In 96 they switched the side gears on them, so if you want to just swap the front diff's you would need to buy some heavy duty front axles with the larger spline.

I run 33" tires with Calmini Heavy Duty front axles, a malfunctioning Detroit Ez-Lock and a pension for pre-loading my tires up against rocks meant my old splines became nice and twisted.  But I still use the stock birfields and rear axles.  I'm also running the stock motor from my SJ-410, so less HP and Torque might have something to do with the lack of breakage.  Most people consider 33" tires the breaking point, some people break all the time and others don't.

The Kicker3 is from OTT Industries and splices the Tracker transfer case with the Suzuki transfer case, giving you access to multiple low ranges.  Similar to double transfer cases on the Toyota and the Rock Block.

Linkage.

This would allow you to use the transmission and half of the transfer case from the Tracker.  There are a couple threads out there with pictures of Tracker 3 installations in Sammys.

The Hybrid Rear is available from just about any of the aftermarket companies.  I usually point people at Hawk Suzuki just because they can find a lot of the off parts for my SJ-410 easily and are great to deal with.  But any of the aftermarket companies should do you well.

A buddy of mine is running 33"s on his sammi, with lock-rites front and rear with a 6.5:1 T-case gearing.  He has never busted a birf or rear axle.

Am i better just putting somthing like the 6.1 or the 8.1 in my t-case rather then changing the diff gears??  5.13 will be weaker then my 3.73 right?

Its also a lot more user friendly to put in your own T-case gears. Unlike putting in a R&P, takes quite a bit longer and possibly someone who knows what there doing.

And yes a 3.73 would be sronger, theres more metal on it than the 5.13.
But in a zook i dont think you would have a problems with breaking eatither one of them.

Hawk has the 6.5:1 and the 4:1 transfer case kits.

Trail Tough has the 4:1, 4.8:1 and 6.4:1 kits.

Rocky Road has the 8:1 and 6:1 kits, but make sure they have the 8:1 in stock before you order it.  Otherwise you could be waiting a while.

Asian Auto Parts of Arizona has 4.1:1, 4.9:1, and 6.4:1 kits.

Roadless Gear has 4.1:1, 6.1:1 kits.

Most of the companies offer rebuilt transfer cases if you don't want to do it yourself.  :)
