Maybe this is a better secition to post this

Alright so im just gonna post it. This could very well be a common problem but I did search it a little. 
I was out in the samurai and it felt like the master cylinder died. well it has a clutch cable. Took the tranny out and the throw out bearing is stuck forward. I lined it back up and it does move and the bearing seems healthy. I pull the lever it moves it out and then it doesnt slide back (is it sliding too far out?) Its confusing me so I figured id post this up. Thanks in advance for any sugestions!!!!

Have you removed the throw out bearing and checked the splines on the input shaft?  It is possible that the bearing has worn a groove around the shaft preventing it from moving back. Haven't seen this on my Samurai but this did cause me a problem with an old Triumph TR3 I once had.

You might as well change the throwout bearing while you
have it torn down, and grease the shaft with some high temp
or anti seize compound

looks to me like it is slid out too far in the "stuck" position, and mabe dry (nds some lube) making it sticky.
probably doesn't slide that far out in use.
it should be sliding on that tube that the input shaft sticks outta. use a high temp grease.
btw- nice description and pics of problem.
how old is the clutch? sounds like you did 1/2 of the hard part(pulled trans.).

^^I havent had the bearing out yet. one thing i did notice is the thing that "holds" the bearing is only phisicaly connected on the left lever as the one on the right just guides it back down the shaft. this creates an uneven thing and gets it jammed..

oh yeah the lube thing.. well all that greese you see on there is from me haha

^^^good idea wild il look into that and i think the bearings gotta be newish (i do get a noise that sounds like a throw out bearing when i release the clutch tho! the dude that sold me it said its not the bearing its just "the samurai noise" hmmmm I spun the bearing around it spins nice and doesnt make any odd sound thooo

well suposed a little over 5k maybe almost 10ish.. but yeah good thought i figure if i put the trans back in and adjust the cable before it gets jammed the clutch might still work haha who knows! It was an "on-off" switch before so maybe there was alot of room for adjustment

There's another bearing - fits between the tip of the input shaft and the center of the flywheel - generally known as the pilot shaft bearing - that is another possible source of the noise and if it's gone can cause what appears to be clutch drag.
