$6k Sidekick Sport located near Salt Lake City. There are lots of good mods. The body isn't perfect, but isn't rock crushed either. It's used as a toy, but is street legal and drives to Moab and back from SLC. I also drove it off road from the coast of Oregon to Oklahoma City on the Trans American Trail. It does 65+ on the freeway and doesn't have issues on uphill grades.
