would it be possible to show some closer pics of how you did your winch bumper? did you remove the metal tube from frame rail to frame rail. im trying to figure out what kinda winch bumper to make and i like how u put yours in the frame

If you look at the first page it shows how I did it,  the tube stayed and the bumper wraps arond it. My first plan was to bolt it so I could take it off but that didn't work so I welded it

got the fender portion of the tube front made



and got the body work on the hood done ( with the help of a friend )

so I'm done with it, It was a lot of work

and the tube front/winch mount




the next time It's get-en a back half and stretch to 95" wb /pick up with custom Dana 44s F/R

I have been following your build since you started the tube work.  It has looked good all the way.  Thanks for sharing, can't wait for the paint job.
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.
