2.375" wide and 1.5" tall with 55w H3 bulbs. Nothing about the depth though, that figures. 
You can get a 100W replacement bulb for them though, can't imagine how bright that would be.
I have the smaller ones and I was thinking about running them with HIDs in for additional lighting in a small housing so I can hide them in the grill...

Regardless of if I keep these small lights from Wallyworld, I'll be transfering the H3 HID setup into whatever.
