Looks good!

Are you going to make the light section adjustable?

Not on the bumper. The lights are adjustable indavidually. We are doing a rack with lights later that will be adjustable.

Picked up the car from Coopa Fab today. He did a outstanding job as always. Can't wait until we can do the rack and sliders.

Looks good, are you going to get an extended skid plate to protect the front diff?

Yeah, after the suspension upgrade. I will make that out of steel though not aluminum.

With Bob hunting this weekend I took the kick home to give it some love. The coolant temp sensor for the fan is bad, I need to do some wiring fixes and upgrades, and at the request of the wife the paint needed help. Spent a few hours on it with the buffer and some rubbing compound.

It's not perfect but looks a whole lot better

Here is a good side by side. Fender is done door is not.

Wow, the scratches did buff out.  Now I'm tempted to try to clean up my Tracker...

For Project Trouble I picked up a through the radiator coolant sensor from Summit.  Works great, even though it isn't tune-able:

It's amazing how durable the paint is on these things. They can take a real deep polishing and come up looking great. Those bumpers look excellent, welding is top notch.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

The car is down at bobs getting the suspension done. It is the sensor in the upper radiator pipe. Screw in sensor with 2 black wires.

Spray bombed the bumpers until I can get them powder coated, got my lights mounted and wired, tore off most of the calmini suspension, Fixed the coolant fan switch(it was bad), and made a good plan of what we are going to fab up tomorrow. Sorry only the one picture.

Nothing like the smell of burning undercoating.
