94 jlx 2.0 swap picture thread!!!

your going from a 1.6 auto rig to a 2.0L 5 speed correct?

yes, here's some pictures of the one inch body lift, wheels and 31/10.5-15's installed.. tomorrow I will spend some more time on here explaining what I did and more pictures!

did you use a kit?..i did a 1.8l swap in my 94 2-door,..basicly the same as your 2.0l,.i did the wiring myself and built the motor mounts etc...curious how yours went

87 sami with yota axles...529 gears...spool rear...lockrite front...3-link and volvo coils....rears up front shackle reversal...4:16:1 t-case gears...34/10.50 ltb's.....diy beadlocks....

 I built the motor mounts myself, and have a wire genius doing the wiring,(living in the portland OR area it needs to be smog legal), also, I converted it from an four speed auto to a five speed manual, I used a custom flywheel from trail tough, centerforce clutch to handle the abuse and the turbo that i plan later on...

kool,..i live in the portland/gresham area too..i did the same trans swap using the same flywheel from tt...i just got done with mine a month ago...

Just looks like a lab to me ???
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

"Just a lab" was meant as joke too.  I figured something was up to point it out.
It is always interesting watching a build take off, and wondering which way it's going to go and how far.  Keep up the good work, and keep the photo's coming.

whats the deal with that front bumper looks like custom or crappy bolt on?
im not stuck I just cant get up the hill!!!!
