Taos & Red River New Mexico, early Sep 2016
« on: July 19, 2016, 02:29:13 PM »
We plan to have an end of summer vacation in the Taos, New Mexico area.  We will also hit some of the trails around Red River and other National Park areas.

Is anyone familiar with this area and that can provide some insight?  Better yet, does anyone want to meet up for some trail rides?

Currently, the high temps in Taos are hovering around the mid 80 and lower 70s.  Not too bad, especially when the highs in Okielahoma are in the 90s-100s.

Well this trip is back for this summer. However, it will now be our honeymoon vacation! ;D

We plan to drive my Suzuki Grand Vitara out there, so it will still be a Suzuki trip.  8) I will post some pictures and/or a write up (if requested) of the trip.

Pictures of the honeymoon?

This is a PG forum.... :)

Seriously, that area does sound like a cool place to explore.

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage.

How's your adventure? My college buddy is now living close to Red River New Mexico and he once invited me to see the beauty of the place.
