Heading out to Elbe Hills ORV area in a couple weeks. Wanted to invite anyone that want to wheel with us. Don't know if there is still room in the camp ground but you can camp out in the staging area if you want to stay the night. You do need a valid off-road permit from Oregon or Washington on your rig. If you plan to drive a tow rig in you will need to have a discovery pass.
