OVERVIEW:

ZUKIWORLD's Adventure Series May 23-26 Silver City, ID., Jordan Valley, Alvord Desert, OR. Silver City is one of Idaho's premier ghost towns. Spend a night in their rustic hotel or camp at the town's perimeter. Jordan valley holds some wonderful points of interest. Soak your bones as we explore a secluded hot waterfall and spring. Enjoy the splendor that is the Steens mountains as we traverse dunes and the playa of the Alvord Desert.

This year's fun run is more informal and unstructured. Hopefully, making it more enjoyable for host and participant. Each day during the week we will be running trails of popular interest and would like to invite you along to experience them with us.

ITINERARY:

Friday, 23rd. Silver City, ID -The 3 1/2 rated Fins and Things trail runs along both sides of Sand Flats Road between the much more difficult Hell's Revenge trail and the much higher Porcupine Rim trail. Steep climbs up and descents down Navajo Sandstone slickrock fins provide the excitement and the "things" leftover as the sandstone erodes provide interesting views.
Saturday, 24th. Rome, Jordan Valley -The 3.5 rated Steel Bender trail follows a historic wagon road that works its way up from a beautiful canyon to elevations above 6,000 feet. It features 2 creek crossings, numerous steep ledges, and two challenging rocky climbs that have bypasses.
Sunday, 25th. Alvord Desert -The 4+ rated Golden Spike trail is one of the most popular at the Jeep Safari and is offered for more days than any other. Challenging obstacles, nonstop scenery, and a road surface between obstacles that makes for a comfortable slow steady pace helps keep this long trail popular. The trail was developed as a connection between the Poison Spider Mesa and Gold Bar Rim trails.
Monday, 26th.

Memorial Day

Alvord Desert, Return Home -The un-rated Helldorado trails are Unusual, more like the Rubicon then Moab, the Lower and Upper trails provided great obsticles. Upper is not for the meek as the exit is a 10-15 foot vertical waterfall that must be winched up.

Subject to change.
