INTRODUCTION and CALENDAR: |

ZUKIWORLD'S
ADVENTURE SERIES 2003
Adventure Series 2003 is a series of adventures located in the Western United States for
ZUKIWORLD online readers and Suzuki 4x4 owners from around North America. This means
SJ410, SJ413, Samurai, Sidekick, X-90, Tracker, Vitara, Grand Vitara, XL-7. If it's a
Suzuki 4WD vehicle you qualify! The goal of Adventure Series 2003 is to
meet new people, eat good food, bask in the sunshine and drive some of the best, and most
picturesque 4 wheel drive trails in the Western United States. The philosophy of this Adventure
Series 2003 is to see some "neat" things. There will most likely be
some difficult situations, terrain, obstacles, and environment, that we encounter. First
and foremost, the ZUKIWORLD adventurer should be prepared and have a good attitude. If
your looking for catered meals and 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. During most of
these adventures, we will be camping on the trail, cooking over a fire, and will no
doubtedly be dusty and dirty. If this sounds fun to you, sign up now!

specific trail adventures for exact dates and times. |

What
do I have to do ?
You just have to be there (bring your Suzuki 4x4 too). |
What
else should I bring ?
You should bring everything you would need for 4 wheeling anywhere in the country. Most
adventures will be extremely isolated from civilization. The nearest service station may
be several days drive away. Please refer to the recommended gear guide for items to take
noted in each adventures page. |
Who
is paying for it ?
You are. This is not a sanctioned event. Everyone is liable for themselves, this includes
getting there, camping, eating, and drinking. Some of the adventures do pose certain
risks, participants accept full responsibility for themselves. |
Wagon
train vs. Base camp ?
The Adventure series consist of two basic types of adventures. The 'Wagon Train' adventure
is one where the participants carry everything needed with them on the vehicle. Think of
this as a 'safari' adventure where you may or may not end up close to where you started.
'Base Camp' adventures are ones where a base will be set and day trips are taken from that
location. These are best for the 'Motor Home' or 'Tow Rig' crowd as they usually involved
Hotels or improved campgrounds. |
