How to get Calmini front springs installed
«

I am installing a Calmini 2.5" suspension lift and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the springs installed in the front. I have a spring compressor set, but the spring are so close together that I cannot get it to work. Has anybody installed the Calmini and knows the trick?

Unbolt the strut from the knuckle, and the sway bar from the lower arm. Drop the arm down and install new spring. I had to still pry on mine with a large bar, then use a floor jack under the knuckle to re install the strut and sway bar.

Thanks Bigzook! The prybar was the key for me. Unfortunately my nice new control arm is all scratched up, but once the wheels are reinstalled who will know. Thanks for the info!
